30 Oct Halloween, Fire and Smoke… #ottostyle!
Halloween is just around the corner, so gear up because we are celebrating one of our favourite days of the year…. #ottostyle!
Eagle-eyed fans of Otto’s may have noticed some sly goings-on in the Otto’s Market Precinct Kitchen of late, with our chefs test-driving our new state of the art Mibrasa grill, and our new behemoth smoker. That’s because we are getting ready to bring you a next-level dinner menu… but more on that later.
Our Halloween dinner festivities will kick off on Thursday 31 October from 5pm, with a spooktacular, limited release cocktail list by Otto’s Drinkery. They’ll be pouring some seriously Instagrammable concoctions like the ‘Witches Brew’ and ‘Monster Smash’; perfect for curing what ails your evil side.
But the fun doesn’t stop there. You see, new menus can’t launch without a good ‘ol fashioned taste-testing! So we figured, why not let you help us out with that? Come and see why all the staff at Otto’s are mysteriously putting on weight… and at the same time, celebrate Halloween with a dinner menu unlike anything Townsville has ever seen before.
You could call it a tasty, grown-up version of trick or treat!
Full disclosure: there isn’t anything scary or ghoulish about this teaser menu at all. But what makes it so incredible is that everything on it, from the King Prawns with Habanero Butter to the Yucatan Pork burger, has been kissed by flame, and/or touched by smoke.
And that’s why we have decreed this event, ‘Otto’s Halloween Fire and Smoke’.
Come dressed in your spookiest getup (or don’t, that’s completely optional… but there’s a $50 gift card in it for the best dressed), rally your mates and head to Otto’s Market Precinct this Halloween so you can eat, drink and be scary.
The only thing you should be scared of this Halloween is FOMO. This event is going to be delicious, and we can’t wait!
